Often appended to the noun Monkey (qv). The reasons for this are unclear.
Monkey's aren't really cheeky. They throw bananas, scratch their bottoms in public and snap off car aerials in safari parks.
That's not cheeky-that's anarchy.

I finally managed to remember to grab my book from upstairs, so...
Louis Lingg's statement to the court in Chicago, the whole thing is cool, but kinda long, my favourite part is the end.
Well, it looks like I'll have to do the last half:

Also in The Conquest of Bread, by Kropotkin, tucked away on nearly the last page (of my copy) after well outdated agriculture babble is this gem:
