bourgeois muesli, with medals on the packet and what not. it was worth it, blew me away. macadamia nuts in the breakfast cereal - so this is how the other side live

For reals though, I have always been of the opinion that you should eat whatever the fuck you want and just do exercise.
Fuck weighing out calories and shit.
Sayign that I do have a pretty gay diet, but i still eat lotsa junk. 72 kilos as of yesterday - up from 65 this time last year - yes!

I'm saying that I have considerably below average bodyfat, so you could easily have above average muscle mass yet still be lighter than me.
It was, if somewhat rather indirectly, almost a compliment.

It is funny to see men waxing lyrical about weighing more - it is so the opposite for girls, unless you are a bodybuilder type even a milder one like BB's Lisa.

Conor is absolutely right - exercise is way more important - the weighing out stuff isn't healthy. I have gone back to the gym and have improved my diet and am reaping the rewards. cool
