Fellow Workers, Comrades, friends,

The Anti-Capitalist Bloc activities at the RNC will begin in just a few days. The local organizers would like to thank the ten groups that joined
with the Twin Cities IWW GMB to endorse an Anti-Capitalist Bloc presence
at the RNC protests.

Here are some things that can help the Anti-Capitalist Bloc be a success:

1. Contribute - The Anti-Capitalist Bloc will be distributing an 8.5 x14 full color poster (seen here: http://www.iww.org/en/node/4284) that will
include the Call, the Points of Solidarity, and contact information for
all the endorsing groups. Printing this poster at a union shop was not
cheap. Please help pay for the costs of getting out the Anti-Capitalist
message by donating $100.00 or whatever your group can afford. Please
advise ASAP what amount you will be sending. (Checks can be made out to
the "Twin Cities IWW" and sent to: IWW Twin Cities GMB P.O. Box 14111,
Minneapolis, MN 55414)

2. Promote - Please help get the word out. Let friends and comrades coming
to the Twin Cities know about the Anti-Capitalist Bloc and encourage them
to participate. Post announcements on lists and websites that you have
access to (indymedias, anarkismo, anarcho-syndicalism 101, infoshop,
iww.org, etc, etc.)

3. Represent - Fellow Workers and comrades coming to the Twin Cities for the Anti-Capitalist Bloc are encouraged to bring flags and banners
representing your organization and any struggles you are active in. We
want the Bloc to reflect the Anti-Capitalist movement.

4. Participate - On Wednesday, September 3rd at 10:00am, the Macalester
College (St.Paul) SDS chapter will be hosting a panel of anti-capitalist
activists and organizers. Each endorsing organization is invited to have a
speaker on the panel. Coffee and Bagels will be served!

5. Reflect - After the actions and events at the RNC help us reflect on
the lessons of the week. What was succesful, what was less so? What can
the Anti-Capitalist movement take from this experience for the struggles
ahead? What projects can we work on together next?

Below is a Calendar of Anti-Capitalist Bloc actions and events.
